30-Day Warranty 

If your item develops a quality issue within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.

We will cover the repair and reshipment cost for verified quality-related issues. 

After 30 Days  

For issues beyond 30 days, caused by wear, usage, or accidental damage, we do not provide refunds.

However, we do offer repair services — the customer will only need to cover two-way shipping costs, and repair fees (if applicable) will depend on the level of damage.

How to Initiate a Repair

Once your application is approved, we'll provide the return address and next steps.
