1. Does Linkin Energy ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country in the world except for the following ones, due to shipping restrictions. We're sorry and will keep working on this.

  • Yemen
  • Cuba
  • Sudan
  • Syria

2. How much does shipping cost?

You can enjoy free shipping on orders over US$88. Otherwise, you will need to pay $10~$18 for shipping.

PS. We have free shipping site-wide promotions during the sale season. Stay tuned!

Note:

  • “Free shipping for orders over US$88” is only available for regular-priced items, not free items.
  • The shipping cost US$18 of the Free Product is not deductible. $18 USD includes processing fee, shipping, and customs duties.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the product weight and your shipping location. We strive to ensure shipping charges are affordable. However, we are at the mercy of our shipping carriers. Therefore, even if it is a free product, the shipping fee will still be charged.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

(Excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable circumstances)

Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Standard Shipping Time: 10–20 business days

For orders to South America and the Russian Federation, it may take more than 1 month due to shipping and customs issues.

4. How to track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to TRACK Your ORDER to track the shipment status.

5. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you have not received your package after 45 days of shipment, please contact us at: info@linkinenergy.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or provide you a full refund.

6. Why is my order late?

Please head over to our shipping methods page to re-check the transit time for your country. On some occasions, there can be a delay to your delivery.

You know sometimes something was out of our control but we are trying our best to solve your problem.

If your delivery date has passed, please contact us at our contact us page and have your order number ready so we can investigate where your order is.

7. Will my order be shipped in one package?

For logistical purposes, items in the same order may arrive separately. We do this to ensure that items are shipped to our customers as quickly as possible.

Shipping and Monitoring Processes

At Linkin Energy, we aim to offer you the best shipping and monitoring options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Two stages logistics model

Your order will be shipped from Tibet to Beijing monitor center first and the second stage of logistics will be shipped to you from Beijing. In this process, our particular monitoring process will make sure that your package is well delivered and protected. After passing all the required quality checks, it will be shipped to you as quickly as possible.

To make sure that you can receive our best products and delivery services, key points including packages and main products will be carefully tested at Beijing monitor center. Specifically, professional, disposable, and nitrile powder-free gloves are expected to be used by staff for our quality inspection. No less than 3 photos of this process from different angles will be taken and attached to the second email.
